Description
Art by Duy Truong. ..... Leopold turned to me as he wished to pass through the door and call for his guards. I waved my finger at him and held a sword to his belly. "No, noyou must stay and listen. It is William Tell who speaks to you."
"William Tell, pray heaven! I have heard of thee."
"I am here to tell thee that thou will recognize the Federal Charters of the Schwyz cantons. We will sign a new pact next month."
"I will ne-er" Leopold was livid.
"Thou hath lost, Leopold." William Tell found an apple and took a bite. "Your army hath been vanquished. Naught a single man will e'er return to ye. If thee or any army ever steps into our homeland e'er again"
"Aye?"
"I will come and get ye." Zeke tossed an apple into the air. William Tell loosed an arrow. It sailed across the room slicing the apple in half. It passed an inch from Leopold's ear and struck the wall behind. Leopold turned to see the arrow piercing the heart of the portrait upon the wall.
Cedric pulled the arrow and handed it to Leopold. "It is a little present from us to you, Leopold."
