It was tax time and one of my favorite meetings of the entire year. One would not regularly think of paying one's taxes could be an event; however if you ever met Richard, the accountant, you would understand very quickly. I felt like a child about to meet Santa for the first time. I told my wife I was off to be with the most charming person one could ever hope to meet.
When one entered the office the walls were lined with Richard dressed in his Santa suit on Christmas eve giving presents to little children. Yes, if ever a man was to carry the spirit of Christmas joy all year long, Richard was the perfect man.
Richard loved to hunt and be in the outdoors too. This photo was his pride and joy and it was mounted on canvas and nearly poster size. He said he has his model 12 Winchester 1954 30mm barrel, full choke on his shoulder--and Zak his trusted companion sat at his side. I imagine that Zak felt that it was Christmas everyday.
