Description
Art by Duy Truong...........William, Tell sneaks into the enemy camp hoping he is able to lure the Austrian army into a trap set by the Swiss............Leopold said, "They are untrained farmers carrying pitch forks. They will not last long against my men. Numbers mean little."
We heard a general's voice, "We must give this some thought."
Another said, "The barrier they describe sounds formidable. We would lose many men breaking it down."
We heard William Tell say, "That barrier will be formidable as it was designed by the Templar Knights."
"Templar Knights?" several exclaimed. "They are our fiercest enemy!"
William Tell said, "Everyone wonders how they disappeared. I am quite sure they arrived here with their fortunes not long ago. Since then, they hath armed and trained the Schwyz as part of an arrangement for securing their fortunes."
A voice said, "We must not attack Arth. We must look for weakness."
Leopold said, "We must strike terror into the Schwyz and attacking Arth would not appear to be wise."
William Tell said, "If I may be so bold, I think I hath the answer."
Leopold said, "Thou may speak."
I imagined that a map was on the table. William Tell said, "Instead of attacking Arth, we would use this little known path along Lake erisee and then attack all the defenseless villages at that end of the lake. From there we could run in the opposite direction through the cantons pillaging the villages that run along here, here, and then over here. We can assume that they positioned all their forces at Arth and the rest of the villages are defenseless."
Leopold said, "'Tis goodvery good."
A general said, "The forces at Arth would follow behind us and we could meet them on our own terms later in the month. Instead of falling into their trap we could prepare one of our own."
Everyone agreed they liked the new plan. Leopold said, "We will depart at dawn tomorrow and be at Lake erisee in a day and a half."

Beautiful work and writings on the story it is about. You find coming back to your drawings more often then finished word as I so understand the work that goes in such a piece. You have given great thought to every character bringing life to your painting and story. A perfect match for successful story telling. L / F

Hi Ken, We all understand that readers love the same story over and over. It is the characters that make every story unique. Duy understands this and you will see that every character has a personality.
