Description
Art by Duy Truong.........................Nearly 50 products are available with this image.Tammy has a plan to show the sons of the tyrannical King John what a good life living in freedom can be. She escorts them a hundred years into the future to Switzerland where freedom reigned..................
We flew high above Hagen's farm and then over the hills and valleys until we reached the home of William Tell that was high up in the mountains. Oh, oh! I see that Henry and Richard were still dressed in their royal attire! I should have dressed the pair in something plain as they did not fit in well with country folk. It matters little at all, I suspect.
We found William Tell's son, Walter Tell tending goats in a grazing land not far from the home. Walter ran to me and said, "Tammy, what brings ye here today!"
I said, "I brought Henry and Richard to meet your father."
Henry pointed, "Real live goats! I've ne-er seen a goat before." Both boys were excited to see the goats.
I inquired, "How would you like to herd the goats for a while?"
"Yippee!" they echoed. We herded the goats to a pasture near William Tell's home and all became good friends for the next two hours. I liked it too. The goats are mischievous critters and need lots of prodding to go where we want them to go. Thank goodness we had Scotty, a sheep dog, to do most of the work!

I gravitate to Green hues very easily, Reynold ... & the turquoise sky highlights it nicely; nice to see these bright hues for children 'of all ages' illustrations :))
Reynold Jay replied:
Thank you, Connie. I think you understand what I am trying to do...stories for all ages that include the young at heart.
