I have lived in the Great Southwest for almost 60 years now, Reynold. As a little boy from Nebraska, I could not wait to see Arizona for the first time. To see cowboys & cowgirls as I was crazy about the westerns on TV like Roy Rogers, Annie Oakley, Texas Rangers, Rifleman, Gunsmoke, Cheyenne, Maverick, Bonanza, Gene Autry, Hop along Cassidy, Range Rider, Wagon Train, Rawhide, Have Gun Will Travel, Bronco, Wyatt Earp, Colt 45, Cimarron Strip, The Rebel, Shotgun Slade, and of course The Lone Ranger! Were WESTERNS popular in the '50s and early '60s or WHAT?! And of course
Reynold Jay replied:
I watch all of these too and have a collection of everything that has not been shown on cable channels. Probably around 300 or more. I love the SW too as it is romantic. They have several western orient stations and I have those on all day while I work in the office.
